Commitment: Customs and immigration procedures for the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games will fully comply with the Olympic Charter. Anyone with an Olympic Identity and Accreditation Card (OIAC) will enjoy visa-free entry into China one month before and after the Olympic Games. All products and equipment required for the Games will be exempted from customs duties.

Current Status Quo: Beijing General Station of Exit and Entry Frontier Inspection at the Beijing Capital International Airport provides several lanes specially serving OLAC holders, which went into effect on July 8. China Customs has adopted measures to guarantee the legal entries and exits of OIAC holders. Around-the-clock services are provided for the entry of materials for the Olympics.
