Netherlands Pledges Relief Aid to China

The Dutch government on Friday pledged 500,000 euros in relief aid to the earthquake-stricken areas in southwest China.

Dutch Development Cooperation Minister Bert Koenders, who is visiting Mozambique, announced the decision on Friday, the Chinese embassy in The Hague told Xinhua.

The Chinese embassy expressed sincere thanks to the Dutch government and the Dutch people.
