23rd Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Summit opened in Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei, Wednesday morning, bringing together leaders from 10 ASEAN member states.

ASEAN groups Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.
