China's Peng Shuai and partner Su-Wei Hsieh won the women's doubles title at the 2013 Wimbledon Championships, closed on July 7. Eighth seeds of the tournament, they were up against Ashley Barty and Casey Dellacqua of Australia who had lost in the final at this years Aussie Open.
The final score 7-6, 6-1, took an hour and 36 minutes. Peng wins the first grand slam doubles title for China since 2006. Hsieh becomes the first ever player from Chinese Taipei to win a slam.
