CPPCC Concludes Session

The Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), the country's top political advisory body, has concluded the first session of the 12th National Committee on March 12 in Beijing.

The session, opened on March 3, elected a new lineup of top political advisors, with Yu Zhengsheng, former secretary of CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee, as the chairman.
