Wang Guosheng Re-Elected Governor of Hubei Province

Wang Guosheng was re-elected governor of central China's Hubei Province Monday at the first session of the 12th provincial people's congress, the local legislature.

Wang, 56, was a native of Dong'e County of east China's Shandong Province. He was transferred to Hubei from Jiangsu Province in December 2010 to be acting governor.

Wang was first elected governor of Hubei in February 2011.
