The opening ceremony of the Second Ordos International Nadam Fair was held on Monday evening in Ordos, the third largest city in north China's Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The phrase "Nadam" in Mongolian, means entertainment or celebration. The event used to be a traditional festival for Mongolians, but now it has international status.
