Agricultural Bank of China Ltd. (ABC) is planning to list on the Shanghai Stock Exchange on July 15.
As the last of China's four big state banks to go public, ABC is selling a 15 percent stake, in a dual listing in Hong Kong and Shanghai, to replenish its capital and fuel expansion.
The bank will take subscriptions for the Shanghai IPO from July 1. ABC's IPO will be the world's largest, if it successfully raises $23 billion.
