Since March 10, 17 Chinese embassies and consulates in the United States, Canada, India, Britain, France, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Switzerland and Australia have undergone violent attacks from overseas "Tibet independence" elements, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman said.
