The suggestions put forward by deputies at the third annual session of the 12th National People's Congress (NPC) in March have been assigned to relevant government departments for resolution, according to an official report.

This year's 8,000 plus suggestions centered on rule of law, economic growth, people's livelihood and environmental protection, said the general office of the NPC Standing Committee on Wednesday.

The Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the National Health and Family Planning Commission will undertake the majority of the suggestions.

The office has also listed 20 categories of suggestions that need special efforts, including reform measures in county-level public hospitals, the integration of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regions, the development of emerging industries stimulated by "Internet Plus" plan and water pollution control measures.
