It is the first snowfall in the city this year. The snow and strong winds have caused inconvenience for citizens. That day marked Slight Snow Day, one of the 24 solar terms in the traditional Chinese lunar calendar. Around Slight Snow Day, cold airs are active in most parts of China, causing snowfalls to become more likely. Snow also hit several other cities in China that day.
