World Bank President Robert B. Zoellick talks to a local man in earthquake-hit Leigu Town, southwest China's Sichuan Province, on December 14.

According to the World Bank chief, Sichuan can expect to get a loan of $510 million from the development lender in January 2009 for rebuilding urban infrastructure, health and education facilities that were severely damaged in the 8.0-magnitude temblor on May 12.

Zoellick made his second China visit, after taking over the World Bank, on December 14-18. He discussed the global financial crisis and its impact on China's economy with Chinese leaders in Beijing.
