China's real economy, which has been growing stably, offers momentum for the capital market to develop, Li said. China has a high savings rate, and industrialization, urbanization, market-oriented reform as well as globalization have generated huge demands that have ensured a supply-demand balance in the capital market. Moreover, a great number of enterprises must raise money in order to become shareholding companies, which would continue to give great impetus to the development of China's stock market, he said.
