Zhang Ziyi, lead actress and producer of the Chinese romantic comedy My Lucky Star, poses with co-star Leehom Wang at the film's Macao premiere on September 12.

The film sees Zhang Ziyi's return as the carefree comic book artist Sophie, following the 2009 rom-com Sophie's Revenge. Yet Sophie finds herself on a much more breathtaking adventure this time around.

Zhang Ziyi managed to invite American director Dennie Gordon to helm My Lucky Star.

The film will hit screens on September 17.
