Japan's electronics giant NEC employee displays the world's thinnest 3G mobile phone for NTT DoCoMo "N704i", produced by NEC at the Wireless Japan exhibition in Tokyo, July 18, 2007. The N704i, 11.4-mm in thickness and weighing 90g, will go on sale in Tokyo on July 20. (Xinhua/AFP)
