Some tips when inside gym

1. Before exercising, stretch to warm up your muscles.

2. Make a record of the equipment you use and the effect it has on your body.

3. Make a training plan and diversify your workout.

4. Regulate your eating habits and make sure you are getting the proper amount of nutrition.

5. Work out your entire body. Don't attend to one part of your body and neglect another.

6. Increase the intensity of your work outs sequentially.

7. When you finish the setting-up exercise, do remember to take at least 10 minutes break before go for a shower.
