I just read your editorial, Do We Need Religious Education?, and found it to be very interesting and well-written.

I am disappointed that your magazine did not carry the news that the Chinese woman-double won, first time ever, the prestigious Australian Open tennis grand slam championship. This is the golden opportunity to show the nation that these gallant youngsters have done to promote their country to the outside world and to inspire their countrymen and women to do the same. Tennis sport not only requires height, strength, and mental toughness to win the games. Since China’s opening up to the outside world, the Chinese people have grown in stature, both physically and mentally due to the country becoming more prosperous. Once, a world great statesman had said “let so many owed so much to so few.” It is not too much to ask your magazine to do the same.
