Celebrating Independence Day of Pakistan

Pakistan's 67th Independence Day was celebrated in China with traditional enthusiasm and fervor on August 14. Similar ceremonies were simultaneously held at the Consulates General in Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chengdu and Hong Kong.

At an event attended by members of the Pakistani community as well as embassy officials and students of Pakistan Embassy College, Ambassador Masood Khalid hoisted the national flag and read out messages from the President and Prime Minister of Pakistan.
