Luo Hong, a well-known Chinese photographer, has long devoted himself to natural landscape and wild animal photography. He has been to East and Southern Africa 13 times to photograph wild animals there. At the invitation of the United Nations Environment Program (UNEP), he held a solo photography exhibition titled, "Earth, Our Home" at the UN headquarters in Nairobi, Kenya. Luo established a personal environmental fund at the UNEP in October 2006.
