Chinese President to Attend UN Meetings, G20 Summit

Chinese President Hu Jintao will attend a series of UN meetings in New York and the Group of 20 (G20) financial summit in Pittsburgh, the United States, from Sept. 21 to 25, the Chinese Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Jiang Yu announced here Monday.

The UN meetings Hu will attend include the UN Climate Change Summit, the 64th annual general debate of the UN General Assembly and the nuclear non-proliferation and disarmament summit of UN Security Council.
