The Jiaxing-Shaoxing Bridge, the second to span Hangzhou Bay, has finished more than half its length. It is expected to halve the journey between Shaoxing in Zhejiang Province and Shanghai to 1.5 hours when it opens to traffic in 2012 (XU YU)
