Long Qingquan lifts an incredible 170kg in the clean and jerk—more than three times his bodyweight—to break a 16-year-old world record and seal gold in the men's 56kg category. "It's been my dream to break this record since 2008. It's really hard, all the days and years I've spent thinking about it but I've done it and I'm so happy," said the 25-year-old Long (SINA.COM)
