Message From the President of Pakistan for Beijing Review

No relationship between two sovereign states is as unique and durable as between Pakistan and China. In Pakistan, China is seen as a true, time-tested and reliable friend that has always come through for Pakistan. Over 60 years, our relationship has grown from strength to strength. The 60th anniversary of our diplomatic relations this year is ushering in a new era of bilateral ties which have assumed regional and international dimensions. I am confident that Beijing Review will continue to make efforts to enhance the Pakistan-China strategic cooperative partnership and reinforce friendship between our two peoples.

Asif Ali Zardari
