Her headgear shows us she comes from "the area of 39 tribes". In ancient times, the Mongolian "Hor Khan", called Gokuo Wolung Tagyi, led 39 tribes to the northeast Changtang, finding a good place for herding and living. It comprised a large stretch of plains including Dengqen, Setri, Baqen, Nyainrong, Biru and Sogzong. Here, they established the "area of 39 tribes". The friendly Tibetan people and Mongolian people mixed harmoniously.
