Binjiang Road in Jiangjin District in northwest China's Chongqing Municipality is submerged in floodwaters on July 23, 2012. The heaviest flooding in six decades collapsed 8,500 houses and damaged to urban infrastructure affected 80,000 people. Some 40,000 residents were evacuated, along with 6,000 tons of materials.
