Seeding Herbs
Farmers plant herb seeds in a field in Changzhuang Village in Anguo, north China's Hebei Province, on April 4. Anguo, known as a thousand-year-old city of herbs, has in recent years developed the cultivation of medicinal herbs as a pillar industry. In 2011, it's acreage of herbs reached 10,000 hectares, yielding nearly 1 million yuan ($158,700) of trade volume (XINHUA)
