Divorce Rate Rises
Psychological consultants advise clients at a divorce services company, the first ever such company in Shanghai, on February 13, 2012. Shanghai ranked second in divorce rates nationwide. According to the Shanghai Bureau of Civil Affairs, 35 percent of Shanghai couples who married in 2011 later divorced, a rise of 4.06 percent year on year (XINHUA)
