Favorable Conditions
Gu Yingbing sits at a teacher's dormitory in Qishan Primary School in Qinglong Town in the city of Yuxi in south China's Yunnan Province on January 8, 2012. Teachers in mountainous areas in the province have received not only dorms, but also low-income houses under construction by the local governments since 2006. The aim is to create better living conditions for rural teachers, so as to attract more high-quality teachers to schools in mountainous regions (XINHUA)
