Under Construction
The Jiaxing-Shaoxing Bridge, the second to span Hangzhou Bay, is under construction in Haining, east China's Zhejiang Province, on December 13. With more than half of its length currently complete, the bridge is expected to halve the journey between Shaoxing in Zhejiang Province and Shanghai to 1.5 hours when it opens to traffic in 2012 (XINHUA)
