First Snow
A Tibetan woman walks in the snow with her two children on February 17, 2011, when the first snow fell in Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in northwest China's Gansu Province. The snow lasted until the next day. The prefecture’s meteorological department said that the snow will help to ease the drought that has been plaguing the region since last November (GAO JIANJUN)
