A Helping Hand
Soldiers help to clean up flooded streets in Liuzhou City, southwest China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, on July 6. Floods caused by rainstorms since last week have left four people missing and 11,845 others displaced in Guangxi alone.
