| On High Alert | | A staff member works at Ditan Hospital in Beijing on May 2. Beijing Ditan Hospital has been designated to treat influenza A/H1N1 by the local health bureau since April 28. The Beijing Health Bureau announced on May 2 that 15 passengers who shared a flight from Mexico to Hong Kong via Shanghai with someone infected with influenza A/H1N1 had been quarantined at Ditan Hospital. Two other passengers on the same flight from Hebei Province and Jiangsu Province had been isolated separately. None of the 17 quarantined passengers have shown flu symptoms so far (XINHUA) |
