The Olympic Special 10-yuan Note Issued
A staff displays an Olympic special 10-yuan note that issued by the People's Bank of China (PBOC), the country's central bank, on July 7, 2008, one day ahead of the one-month countdown of the Beijing Olympic Games. A total of 6 million such notes will be circulated in the currency market from Tuesday with the same denomination as the ordinary 10-yuan notes, according to the PBOC. (Xinhua)
