"Xue Long" Sails on the Northwest Pacific Region
The picture taken on November 18, 2007 shows Chinese exploration ship "Xue Long" carrying 91 expedition team members and 40 crew members, sails on the northwest Pacific region. The expedition, expected to last for more than five months, is the country's 24th scientific expedition to Antarctica during which the Chinese scientists will fix the site of China's third scientific research station at the South Pole.
