Released South Korean Hostages Reunite With Families
Kim Yoon-Young, one of 19 released South Korean hostages, previously held in Afghanistan, reunites with her children at a hospital in Anyang, south of Seoul, September 2, 2007 after returning home. Nineteen former hostages of Afghanistan's Taliban arrived home in South Korea, saying they owe "a great debt" to those who helped secure their freedom after a terrifying six-week ordeal. The Christian aid workers looked tired after their captivity, which began July 19 when they were abducted from their bus in southern Afghanistan by guerrillas posing as passengers. (Xinhua/AFP)
