At least 22 people died with 44 others missing after a bridge collapsed in central China's Hunan Province on August 13, 2007. The bridge, which was under construction and scheduled for completion this month in Fenghuang County, collapsed at 4:40 PM, blocking the Fenghuang-Daxing highway.
