| Riots in Denmark | | Cars burn as hundreds of young protesters throw stones and iron bars late May 14, 2007 at police near Copenhagen's Christiania hippie commune, where they set up barricades and lit rubbish bins. Police responded with tear gas and said they arrested 26 people late May 14, 2007 after dispersing an angry crowd of youths, who were protesting against a house demolition.
