Win-win Strategy in Luoping
Three Bouyei (a native ethnic minority group in China) girls are crossing the sea of rape flower in Banqiao Town of Luoping County in China's southwest Yunnan Province, February 24, 2007. The local government of Luoping County has implemented a "win-win strategy" that "promotes travel industry during the rape flower blossom season while selling rapeseed during the harvest time" in order to improve the developments of travel industry and environmental protection. The strategy is of benefit to local peasants.(Xinhua)
