The Beijing International Hospitality Equipment and Supply Exhibition 2008 will be held from June 16 to 18 at the China International Exhibition Center, Beijing. The exhibition is known as north China's biggest authority on the relevant branded products. It is on par with the most prestigious exhibitions worldwide, and features several famous global brands.

2008 is China's Olympic year. At the dawn of this historical moment, all eyes are turned towards Beijing, China. As the Olympics roll out, tourists and visitors from various countries and regions will start to pour in. This presents a unique challenge to Beijing's hotel industry.

The exhibition is being held two months before the Olympic Games for the purpose of building a platform for exchange and display between hotel equipment suppliers and manufacturers. It will cater mostly to the domestic hotel industry by offering better supply choices, thereby helping this year's Olympic Games to be the most successful ever.

The exhibition will showcase commercial kitchen equipment, coffee, amenities, IT and linen from three major categories. Exhibition highlights include Cleaning Equipment and Supplies, SPA Leisure and Hotel Furniture. Exhibition space is approximately 20,000 square meters; the number of exhibitors is expected to hit over 300, and that of overseas exhibitors will substantially increase from last year. The expo will also organize a supporting series of professional activities and forums with regard to the hotel industry.
