Chinese President Xi Jinping addressed the 20th meeting of the Council of Heads of Member States of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) in Beijing via video link on November 10. Xi said China cannot develop without the rest of the world, nor can the world as a whole prosper without China. The SCO is the world's largest new-type regional cooperation organization, working to promote multilateralism and global justice.
