DAY 15 - August 20

China beats Serbia to win its third women's volleyball gold medal in Olympic Games. The first time China won women's volleyball gold medal was in 1984 Los Angeles Olympic Games when China beat the U.S. team in the final. China's head coach Lang Ping was the spiker of the team. "The spirit of Chinese women's volleyball team is to never give up. My duty as the coach is to guide this young team to carry on this spirit," Lang said after the match (XINHUA)

Zheng Shuyin (left) wins the gold medal in the women's +67kg final of Taekwondo. Zheng, inspired by her boyfriend Zhao Shuai's victory in the men's 58kg category on August 18, fully executed her advantage in height to defeat Mexico's Maria del Rosario Espinoza Espinoza with 5-1. It was China's second gold medal of the Games in taekwondo (XINHUA)

Chen Aisen clinches his second gold medal by winning the men's 10m platform. Chen finished with 585.30 points to beat Mexico's German Sanchez by 52.60 points. He also claimed the men's synchronized platform title alongside Lin Yue on August 8. China has won seven out of a possible eight diving gold medals at the Rio Games (XINHUA)
