Guarding the Vulnerable

Seven girls from Shangyuan Village Primary School in Ruichang, east China's Jiangxi Province, were sexually assaulted by their 62-year-old teacher Tao Biaogong from September 2012 to May 2013.

In addition to the physical harm caused, the girls have mental scars that could be considered even worse, with some tragically showing suicidal tendencies at their young, fragile age.
