| Volunteers Get Ready to Serve | | A girl comes face to face with a robot model of the World Expo mascot Haibao at a shopping mall on Huaihai Road on March 7. Thirty-seven such multi-functional robots are customized to serve visitors to the Shanghai event. Besides dancing and singing, the 1.55-meter tall robots can "communicate" with visitors in six languages and take photographs for them. They have touch screens to answer inquiries about transport, public services and the Expo.
